May Day - 1st of May
Labour Day
decided to go to Katong Mall with Chili
located near Paya Lebar MRT
Direction:
upon reaching the station
get to the Exit A, and walks to the direction of Singapore Post Centre
there will be a free shuttle bus to take u there

not much to see or window shopping in the mall
but there are some quite nice restaurant
as Chili & I reached almost in the afternoon, we were starving and start looking for food
and we chose Din Tai Fung lastly
nom! nom!
see the food we had!
and, for all, within SGD$40
not bad for 2 person
(the fried rice won the best out of all! xD)

after we had our brunch
we went for a short walk in the mall & bought some beauty care products
therefore, we looked for some place to have our high tea :)
but we went to have dessert instead
(My, such an eatery day!)

长话短说
we walked back to MRT after had our dessert
nearby the mall is Joo Chiat Rd
famous for a lot of nice goody food
and, the buildings there are so unique
somehow, they looks antique
but the paint seems fresh
the management did a good job maintaining those buildings
random shots of the buildings (again) using my HTC Desire S
saw 重庆火锅 (which had a branch at Bugis - not sure they are same) & 兴化美食 (which is quite rare)
btw, there are a lot of restaurants had curry fish head as main dish
whoa! wish have a chance come over here again & try it
(my God! such a food heaven)
before we reach MRT, Chili brought me to buy Pisang Goreng & Teh Tarik
missed this nice yummy foodie

p/s : the mall called I12 Katong Mall, means 'I want to Katong Mall' in English, lolz, creative!
