as long having eyes make-up on,

it does make a person look attracting.

It's either can have simple eyeliner drawn on,

or apply natural eyes shadow (depends on skin tone).

Some even apply double eye-lid adhesive tape to create double lid,

some apply dense mascara or mascara that can create longer length of eyelashes,

and some even wearing fake curly eyelashes to create pretty eyes.

Besides girls, definitely a guy can have make-up on their eyes too,
most of the artist / metrosexual guys does make-up.
:p

But, of course, majority of the guys will prefer colour lens more,
(probably most of the guys find it hard to draw eyeliner,lmao!)
